Mousomi Goyari was born on June 22, 1998, in the serene village of Khatkhati Kachari Goan, located in the Karbi Anglong district of Assam. From an early age, she displayed a passion for learning, which ultimately led her to pursue a career in education.
Mousomi completed her Master of Commerce degree from Guwahati Commerce College in 2021, demonstrating her commitment to academic excellence. Following this, she enrolled in Guwahati University to obtain her Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), which she completed in 2024. Her educational background is complemented by additional qualifications, including a P.G. Diploma in Computer Application and expertise in Tally ERP with Accountancy.
In November 2023, Mousomi took on the role of a trainee teacher at Nichols Higher Secondary School. During her time there, she utilized focused instructional strategies and hands-on activities to engage her students effectively. She was dedicated to creating inclusive lesson plans and fostering a positive learning environment through interactive lectures and discussions. Additionally, she offered one-on-one tutoring as a home tutor, providing personalized instruction across various subjects.
